Participant Engagement Board

Participant Engagement Board

What is the GENFI Participant Engagement Board (PEB)?

The Participant Engagement Board (PEB) is a group of GENFI participants who volunteer their time to discuss and provide feedback on the running of the research study and future clinical trials. The PEB is an important part of GENFI as it allows our research to be guided by those affected by FTD in mind.

The PEB convenes annually, at the GENFI Summer meeting, also attended by researchers from across various GENFI sites. These meetings offer a great opportunity for participants to provide invaluable feedback on our ongoing projects. Explore the highlights of our most recent PEB meeting in the FTDtalk blog post, offering a comprehensive summary of the day’s discussions.

If you would like to hear more about the PEB, please contact us at genfi@ucl.ac.uk. Participant involvement is key to advancing FTD research, and we welcome your interest in shaping the future of our studies in genetic FTD.
